Nely Hernandez is our bilingual Director of Client Services dedicated to her work and family. She graduated from Sparks High School and resides in Sparks today with her son and daughter.
She has a passion for lifelong learning and enjoys all of the wonderful activities Northern Nevada offers, especially Lake Tahoe. Nelia has over 8 years of experience serving our insurance clients. She is the go-to person at the office to solve customer problems and is responsive to their needs. Nelia greets everyone with a smile and communicates well enough to have a strong understanding of complex issues. When Nelia is not in the office, you will likely see her spending time with her two children around Northern Nevada.
